My market is smokin' hot, so this would most likely not appeal to the majority of sellers.

Although I see almost every house in those streets being remodeled right now, which means the market is definitely hot for flipping, I am impressed to see a 48% ROI.I am now focused on buy and hold in order to build a portfolio to generate cash flow. 

As you may have heard the Denver market is extremely hot right now, absolutely a seller's market and it is becoming harder and harder to find deals on MLS.

Also, if you have hot air duct work floor mounted or close to the floor wall mounted, check for the duct covers securely installed.

@Mindy Jensen I was asking the inspector for a full inspection on a 2500sq foot house that had no sinks, light fixtures, hot water heaters, multiple holes in the walls ect.

We HAVE the money you need... and you CAN take advantage of the current market and CREATE wealth FAST... but you have to act now... while the market is hot and GREAT deals are still out there.So... you want in the game?...

We found an invesment property with an ROI of 16-18% in a really good area and we need to act fast as this is a hot deal.
