okay my friends on bigger pockets I am shaking in my pants I put up an advertisement for real estate sign hangers on Craigslist less than 24 hours ago I've gotten 3 responses two of which are willing to accept my offer and hang my sign I'm so lost at this point I have no idea what to do next can anybody help me and guide me through this
