This will promote growth organically.

I would say keep your eyes out for areas around the new 540 highway being built.Most of Raleigh and it’s suburbs are experiencing this quick growth and increase of population.

I know the area is under growth management ordinance.

@Jackson Mertes I would hand that and most other tasks off to other people on your team from day 1.

In my experience no one has moved out when they say they will, friends drop out of helping and moving is a much bigger task than people expect.  

In keeping with the book "Who not how" I would like to try and see if there is a "who" that I should be networking with to help with this task. 

Obviously the property would be 5 units or more but the upside is big growth.

If you analyze Texas, the population has doubled in the past 40 years.  90% of that growth has occurred within 50 miles of I-35. 

The irony of the investment strategy of the average American – including those who meet the definition of an accredited investor – is that the bias toward optimizing for the downstroke and safety robs one from the benefits of individual growth and setting the stage for their future self.

The price was right for the amount of rents that were being received and the possible growth of rents in the area.
