Around here, the roofers are struggling to pull the proper permits because most government offices are closed.

How can I find information about "rent by the room" regulations if they exist?

Government will hand money out like candy, everytone will get back to spending like drunken sailors with no thought given to saving for the future, and then the real crash will hit and wipe a lot of people out.

My question is since I work in Europe and my work causes me not to live there for a big part of the year, would I still be inside of the FHA rules and regulations as using it as my primary residence?

It sounds like Canadian financing, particularly government backed options have some big differences to US agencies.

A number of these include moving out of the city/state.Future outlook - from my viewpoint, the severity of the impact on the management side of the business hinges almost entirely on how long the government requires stay at home/shelter in place.

These facilities are not being used due to government laws for shelter in place to protect them.
