STR is a great way to start and a great way to generate more cash flow more quickly so that you can scale your portfolio faster, but they are not for everyone.

That should generate key word notifications from people in that area that monitor the forums.Lastly, I would encourage you to ask specific questions.

I plan on avoiding realtor just because the house will sell itself, its a real sought after area and the people who stopped at the house  (and my lawn crew) have mostly been local neighborhood people who've been there for a generation or two and have friends looking to be in the neighborhood. 

There is no reason to want to do them....concentrate on other ways to generate buyers and sellers.
