You will have faster transactions if necessary with less administrative hassles/paperwork, and will be trading custodian time and money for LLC legal filings, bank accounts, license renewals, and tax return preparation time and $$. 

Some people find that protection worth the investment while others find they are willing to accept higher risk in order to leverage the money to grow faster.

Lesson here – turn this into fuel instead of making it an excuse.

I am not sure I will be able to completely cover the costs of the expenses and mortgage, but as you had said earlier, if I can cut down on a lot of those expenses, I will be able to grow my investment savings much faster.  

We are currently in the Eglin Area (FWB, Niceville, Destin...etc) and rentals go faster than they are listed.

filling up parks organically can be a long slog  ( absorption rate) with you buying the units and moving them in goes faster  then hopefully sell them in place.. and just collect ground lease.

Remember, with the right relationships, you can learn and profit much, much faster.

My secondary strategy is that I’m starting a wholesale business to fuel some long-term SFR rentals.
