Unless your target audience are the Fortune 500 for example, your viewer will most likely connect more with pictures of your family and your why, then posts in a professional separate business account.

Fortunately, since we already have a relationship of trust, it wasn't too hard to convince them to lend, and they only wanted a nominal interest rate.

I’m very fortunate for that- and remember to do the same for others along the way.

Also consider that adding a full month lease up fee will potentially more than double the  cost for your landlords (unless you are fortunate enough to find tenants who stay for a long time).  

Fortunately, I haven't had a speaker cancel last-minute yet.

Drama, late rent, bugs ,trash ,evictions damages , turnovers ..everything folks hate About landlording BUT on steroids.in fact ,fortunately the returns are significantly higher which offsets some of the pain !
