Hi Developers, I have my eyes on three adjoining lots.

Just replaced these SOR Lowes.White doors are steel $100 eachBurgundy is solid Oak $180 already coated with a plasticized coating.Took my maintenance guy 2 hours per door including completely removing the old doors & all new trim & caulking.I also get Appliances catch & dent.  

The appraisal industry needs to catch up still. 

But it's kind of like asking a barber if you need a haircut.Remember that an inspector's job is *not* to catch any and all defects in a house, or prevent a buyer from purchasing a house with defects. 

I'm not saying it's impossible, but you'll really have to keep your eyes open for that and it'll probably need a significant amount of work.

I am 22 now, I dropped out of college simply because I don’t believe in the student loans and knew I could do big things without it and always had an eye on real estate.I started up my own contracting LLC as I have a construction background of about 5 years from concrete to roofing and everything in-between.

Most of my Turnkey Clients have to catch a flight back to California so we are always a little rushed anyway and Regus isn't good about unexpected visits and they charge you for missed office time. 

Unfortunately, the housing market in the NJ/NYC area is very competitive and more expensive so I am setting my eyes around Texas.

Are there any markets to keep an eye out for ?
