Yes the fees to access RMLS seem to me to be excessive, although if you act as if its a business, then realize it is just a cost of doing business.

Some might look at me as too conservative related to this, but the reality is that the investor needs deep pockets or needs excess cash flow to protect against changes in the economic cycle if they are looking at investing in a safe area with only $100/door in cash flow.

We try to get a legal co-signer and an extra deposit, since we can't do as rigorous screening without a SSN.One other thing we have found is keeping up with maintenance inspection and keeping up with moisture/mildew/mold issues.

I am new to the real estate business and find the passive income via a turnkey investing company aspect of it very appealing, as I am a consultant in the automotive business and I travel excessively, therefore I don't have the luxury of time to execute on many of the tasks mentioned in Brandon's books.

We're raw vegans moving from one single family detach in residential zone of LA county to another of the same, non HOA.Broker asked for some of the orn plants & fruit trees we had already dug up and been moving during awaiting closing date on sold one.We gave her some of the ornamental ones and whatever we had excess but she kept asking for more!

I would stop contacting him daily that seems excessive and if I was the tenant I would be annoyed.I am going to assume you gave 60 day notice June 1, which means he has until the end of July, which is still almost 2 weeks away.

Something that size would usually sag and crack before it gave way, and there's usually a moisture-related reason why it would sag and crack.Some people on this site have never seen an act of God they couldn't find a way to at least try to pin on their tenants.
