Then yesterday she asked if she could pay in two week increments because she might be changing jobs and might move.I should have just said no.

In my area title companies are making changes due to the recent uptick in wire fraud and identity theft.

I've also used Awning but the data seems to change so I'm wondering if there is a tool that is accurate and reliable. 

That will really solve most problems before they ever exist.
