I started a very successful internet business selling electronics and I have been itching to get into real estate but ive been sidelined until I have can show documented income.2011 will be my first actual business year in the books and I will send around 140K AGI to the IRS.Now my question...With 1 year doc income at 140K and a 740 credit score, would I be able to get more then one home loan in 2012?

Otherwise you could have one occupant bringing up issues that have already been addressed with another occupant etc....My students split the 1000 dollar rent 4 ways so they preferred to pay electronically via one of the many apps available.

I also received all my April rent...most of it electronically on the 1st. 

If you aren't set up to accept electronic payments but tenant is already doing automatic bill pay, then the tenant can just treat the rent like another bill and have their bank mail a check to you. 

I do not view exercise for the sake of exercise as being a normal or required activity however given present day societies pension for electronic toys (all thing done on a couch by internet) and avoidance of having to participate in such activities as shopping it is possible that exercise solely for the sake of exercise may be necessary.

I get all the bills electronically by the 15th and forward the shared utilities bill by the 25th.

Easy to upgrade to disk brakes and electronic ignition....or just keep your truck and maintain it :)I should also mention that I rely on public transportation and my own two feet when necessary and don't drive much (I also have a 2008 Chevy Malibu that I inherited...it has 23,000 miles on it).
