I'll try not to do too much advertising or self-promotion in this thread, but to summarize, we're not currently focused on search and offer/are building other tools for landlords (listing syndication, credit screening, online applications/leases/payments).

Once I have it looking the way I want I will begin bidding on the keywords I was given, and with the articles I purchased I've created a nice PDF E-book about different situations a struggling homeowner might face and how to overcome them.

There is a title product that most title companies offer called an "Ownership and Encumberance" (O&E) report that just lists the current vested owner/s and all liens on the property (including taxes).

I was raised in a household where both parents worked 9-5 gigs and never promoted the entrepreneur lifestyle, although my dads family were business owners he never tried to adapt.

It was sort of like the Blair Witch Project - lots of hype through advertising and promotion that it is the scariest movie ever.......everyone went in with an expectation and it was pretty disappointing.
