It's quite basic right now and I know there are a lot of "features" that I could add, but I like what it does for me right now as it works with my other spreadsheets.  

As I learn more and more about home features and what turns the best profits, what to allocate more of the budget to than other areas, etc, I would love to hear from YOU all in regards to what features in a new home to actually spend the money on.

I don't mind paying the small monthly fee to be a member because the networking is crucial.

The keyword feature is awesome and working really well for me to connect with fellow investors.

Shannon Bae I agree with Zillow's "Zestimate" feature being inaccurate at times but the leasing feature typically shows actual leases available.

School districts are key, think about walkability, and features that gives it more character/desirability.  

I have QB Pro 2015, I just use "class" feature to separate project profitability.

I just think learning and hence knowledge is a crucial part of been in control of your situation. 

Go to the search feature and search every word and acronym you have heard and than the forums the discussions and listen to the podcasts and read every article written by the smart people.

These are pretty compelling features; however, the benefits of being able to assign contracts as a wholesaler outweighs the benefits of MLS access and the ability to list flips in the future.
