I am currently looking to acquire a 20-35k sqft self storage facility in Florida.

I figure an on site employee or two may be more common, but if it's a smaller facility I didn't know if there were resources for smaller facilities.

Inventory near the new Apple campus is less than two weeks, and our eastern toll-road (130) is getting a nearly 4M sq ft Amazon logistics facility to the north (Pflugerville) and a Tesla assembly plant, with all the attendant suppliers, to the south, near the airport.

Lowe's stocks parts so I can replace the charcoal and cooking grills every few years.

I've heard of (not that I would) the cook having too many adult beverages while grilling and forgetting to turn off the gas.  

Charcoal grills are much easier to keep clean.I advertise a charcoal grill and that the renters supply their own charcoal.Never had a single complaint about the charcoal grill.Food taste better on charcoal and people on vacation have to time relax and wait on the charcoal to be ready to cook on.You can get a good charcoal grill for much less than a good gas grill.

I knew of several married couples that worked as cooks for some very famous fast food chains that were getting 103% mortgage loans because they could NOT afford the down payment.Is that the problem now?

Amazon is about to open a new facility here among many other developments popping up all over town.
