Curious to hear from other landlords on whom pays the utilities (gas/electric/water etc) in your properties.

Thanks guys finding out monday if the zoning allows multiple units, its already separated electric (illegally i assume).

There are plenty of good folks out there, and I would recommend slowing building your contact list as you start needing things done and find good people for each specialty (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general handyman work, etc.) 

We did interior and exterior remodelling, plumbing and electrical, dry waste and back yard.

Some of the people I work with have jobs, clean credit, and clean backgrounds.

Most likely it would be obvious - two electric meters,  two mailboxes,  etc,  and might already reflect that use on county records.   

There are ways to reduce the burden of short-term rentals such as hiring cleaning, a management team, etc.

They cleaned the house for the first time we came to see it after purchasing, and have told us that they love the house.

Add dry cleaning lockers, e.g.
