Every single surface in the house was redone/replaced.

If you charge market with a few reviews, why would I choose your unit over similar priced unit that has dozens of reviews?

We had the best luck with a local bank in the town that we invest in. 

Some lenders may also want to see law and ordinance coverage in your insurance and perhaps a rebuild letter from the city stating that the property could be rebuilt as a residential 4plex if destroyed. 

I plan for a time when they can be there and check in and make sure there aren't any maintenance items they haven't told me about.

So to sum it up identify the type of investor you would want to work with and depending on who you choose to work with there needs will differ.

Will this home be something you use as a ladder to another, or will it be in your portfolio to grow wealth and cash flow in the future.

It happened to me in the past and they corrected the issue.
