There are a woman and at least one child that live there.

Heck, I do sponsor a child overseas for $30/mo  thru planusa.org for going on 5 years now and I do see to it that at least 15% of my income does go towards legit charitable causes (mostly overseas) each year. 

I loved working in molecular genetics, but the money was terrible and I gave it up when I had my first child and now have 3 boys.

Taking business calls would rarely be possible without my child yelling/playing loudly in the background (very unprofessional and distracting)Anyone out there in this situation able to invest?

A young couple with a child trying to get started?

I have 3 FT jobs (believe it) but I ALSO have 4 kids (including a newborn), a new house that needs lots of work, and are getting married in two months.

I transitioned from active to a lurker once we bought our first investment property last year, and now hopefully back to more active (I'm sure a newborn had something to do with it, too lol).

Cleveland is fast becoming a poster child for "sucker, out of state/country investors, being hosed by local operators".  

Will also be a tough sell to the wife as we have our first child due July 1...

They would love for the family with the child to be in the lower unit!
