It’s just a gamble.  

Could be longer too if it is close to where I live, so I can visit it every weekend.

Do you have someone who can stay in it (or yourself) while it is vacant?

Not sure if we'll do more, but it surely won't ever be high volume...so expensive or highly customizable solutions don't make a lot of sense.

For investment properties sometimes you can do this if there is a history or using Airdna but never for primary residence purchases.

Why not do a cash out refinance on one of these deals?
