There are also 2/3 balconies attached to each floor/unit.The finished basement and 1st floor are open spaces right now with the potential to create 1-bedroom units.

Also if you’re open to driving a ways outside the metro, or buy and hold in urban pockets that are still up and coming with a 5 year play of waiting to cash out if ever, I think there’s a lot of opportunity still to be had.

If you have a single member LLC, you can open a new LLC in PA for the cost of domestication.

One other thing I noticed was they had 2 windows 1/3 open with the ac on.
