Even if you buy before a downturn, as long as you don’t let your emotions get involved while bidding, you should be in a safe spot.Every outlet talks about a market shift  “on the horizon”.

I am just mentioning to clarify that lead pipes do not mean lead problem automatically. 

Many are even setting stop losses so they're out automatically on the first sign of impending doom.

I guess as the owner of the post what everyone says automatically becomes my words too somehow.I think its odd at how angry pitbull opponents get. 

I wouldn't necessarily be out of the deal but maybe shift something.I realize in the grand scheme of things a year isn't that long to wait with it being my first deal but that year that I'm waiting is preventing me from putting a proceeds from my first deal into my second.My only other option is to rent out the rooms for hopefully a prophet and then find an investor that will work with me in the meantime.

Uber took work from taxi drivers and shifted it to freelancers.
