🎃Growing pains of a business which is starting to scale - I feel I really need to add more automations and smart software solutions but I’m not sure where to start.I own, with a partner, about 20 doors - self managed LTRs, MTRs, and STRs, rehabs going on for flips, a bit of mentoring, and also searching, analyzing and closing more in between (1-3 deals a month), it’s a lot of things to remember and manage.Can you recommend ways to reduce time spent on updating things manually on 10 different places?

People HATE car dealers for making a few hundred bucks but will not bat an eye for the $20,000 they pay a realtor to make a few phone calls/emails and add you to an automated mls feed, sign a premade contract.
