What else is deductible from rental income?

I'm paying very high monthly fees and additional management/service charges but am still not getting the help/education I would like.

In addition, there´s a massively bureaucratic, landlord hostile city govt.

Let’s also look at income, not just total wealth, since many folks, especially hourly workers, in the bottom 50 unfortunately, really can’t/don’t save much money or own income producing assets.

The idea is eventually the rental income to supplement retirement.

You need additional liability for that use.

At this point I still have not received any additional quarterly payments and have no idea what is going on with any of the loans aside from a very infrequent and vague response form Scott like “one loan has made a few payments and we are working with legal to cancel the contracts on the rest.”

No additional costs in projections.
