Thank you Rick, I have been looking for things along those lines from the street views that are given on properties but I just wasnt sure if there was a short list of different areas in SA that are generally better to by.

The offering memorandum for the property lists "vehicles per day" on the freeway in front of the property and for the cross streets nearest to the property.  

You will find the right people to learn from on bigger pockets, so just stay active.
