Get to local/regional banks and credit unions and ask some commercial property brokers for a local loan broker. 

If anybody can point me in to a appropriate management company I would love to work with them, I've called a few places and I don't have many responses I live up in the Chicago land region so property management is going to be key 

Locally is not an option as I'm in Toronto :) The company is very famous and reputable so I don't think they're being shady.

It's possibly the weirdest section of this town -- it's certainly the most well-known outside this region.

The companies i have worked with are not national, all local, maybe a general region or possibly state but most know how to work the counties they are familiar with so maybe thats why there isn't national cos ( or are , i just don't know enough )
