@Antonio Similia Having said that, keep in mind that you always have the option to "refinance" into another 30yr loan, and pull out equity. 

But you should definitely shop around and compare terms and how much you can pull out.

Singapore I stayed at the Sands the one that looks like a ship on top.I am going to Japan in June.. so my buddy I am visiting there was pulling up air bnb  but those are dinky little places in Tokoyo and who knows how they smell beds looked horrid.. or I can use my points and stay at the Conrad for free.But then again I am not travelling with a brood.. just my wife and I.. and for sure would look at it for ski trips.

This all makes me feel that I haven't yet learned enough to do this, but feeling that this won't go away until I pull the trigger on that first deal.
