@Jonathan Duhon I don't know that there is "a champion of networking", and I feel like anyone who would boast this title is blowing smoke for self promotion. 

@James G.The Mexican government, through its national fund for the promotion of tourism (Fonatur) has been the master at creating trillions of dollars of real estate value out of thin air, in the good sense.

Both are flips that aren't ready to be shown yet, but I want to start promoting them off-market and collecting leads.In order to stay in compliance with out MLS, I have filed a "Non-MLS Form". 

Do not believe the salary statistics the schools promote.

They both seem to run the same yearly reocurring balance transfer promotions from 0-4.99% interest with no balance transfer fees for 12 months.
