Our neighborhoods are in the B category, so it's possible to get good margins on LTRs there by renting to people who are solidly middle income.

Is there a place somewhere in the middle?

I haven't read it as of yet either but I'm in the middle of his book on Brrrr-ing and will get to the out of state experiences.

This is the fundamental problem I have with Wall Street who takes too much fees off the hard-working efforts of the middle class.

My listings were both middle of the road, I'd say middle 50% of market value type stuff.

When/if your tenant(s) have minor/major disputes, is it my “job” as a landlord to get in the middle of it?
