Wife's body was discovered by her son who was adamant about getting into premises after being unable to reach mom for past week.

I use three different landscapers, but for tree removal and stump grinding, I use Rick Walker and his son Adam.

My son Adam and I have started Four Seasons Properties here in North MS.

When I emailed them that I need to do repair service to restore the garden and attached the damaged photos/videos, the husband still claimed he took good care of the garden, and adamantly hinted if I deducted the amount from the deposit, they are going to go through court to sue me...These tenants are so ugly souls who are dishonest, disrespectful, I felt extremely frustrated that I am thinking of selling my property for good to avoid dealing with these terrible terrible people again.

Lastly just be adamant, that you are going to make it, as a famous athlete once said: I have made a lot of shots, and missed a lot of shots, but I missed 100% of every shot I did not take.
