They are very informative.

You never know what information your tenant is telling prospects and if what they say does not line up EXACTLY with what you advertise you immediately lose credibility.You really need, at a minimum, a professional leasing agent to show the home when the current tenants are not home.  

All for AIRBNB’s if anyone has information on local codes or restrictions.

Hello All,I started to listen to the BP podcasts within the last week and I am hooked on the great information being provided by Brandon and Josh!

The finance aspect is what I feel least informed about and the area I am working most to understand before I put an offer in on a property.  

Please, are they any members who are experienced and informed on these matters?
