Both food and beverages are permitted in the Community Room.As for how we use the time, I think there's benefits to both general socializing as well as a more structured discussion group.

and they were in your area of the upper mid west.. and the gardens not only did they not go out for fancy 8 dollar meals.. they hunted their food and grew unbelievable veggie gardens every year.. they canned they saved .. we have lost that.. not that I grow my own I don't.. well out our way you know what they grow.. :)

They figured out long ago the money is in franchising and charging royalty fees on gross sales, commissary mark ups for food, re-imaging packages to sell, advertising fees, owning the real estate and leasing it back to franchisees, etc.
