I would want to keep the integrity of the 1920's building, but the lobby and hallways are out of a horror movie and the kitchens and bathrooms look like they're falling apart... and they could definitely use an upgrade on technology.MY QUESTION: How would you handle a full gut job on an old 35 unit property like this, especially when it comes to tenants?

Hello Everyone,Not sure how many of you all have installed the new Windows 10 update, but based upon my experience so far I would recommend that you hold off on upgrading to the new system.The new user interface is nice and very clean, but as far as performance I have noticed that Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & several other programs have been crashing frequently...even when trying to perform basic tasks...Is anybody else having these issues?
