Depends on s.f. the smaller the house the higher the s.f.I've done a few in the central VT area, standard 3 bed / 2 bath, 1200 SF and came in around $50k.

If there is no bed, refrigerator with food, a bed, then there’s no way to “live” there and you might be able to take possession of the residence and change the locks.

Two houses they are both 4 bed room houses about 1450 Sqft a peice one is in west Baltimore close to gwyns falls and coppin state the other is in East Baltimore close to Johns Hopkins School, YMCA and Giant.
