Depends on s.f. the smaller the house the higher the s.f.I've done a few in the central VT area, standard 3 bed / 2 bath, 1200 SF and came in around $50k. 

Each unit will be 2 bed 2bath.

The town I planned to build in has very strict regulation on bed and breakfasts.They must be owner occupied.

You can still get a 3 bed / 2 bath for $500k. 

How many beds?

Larger units with two beds, 2 baths, and interior washer/dryer hookups are premium and will get the highest rents. 

yelp review I'm mostly from the tenants. half of them are purely emotional but  half of them are pretty factual and leaving me with the feeling that my p.m. company Can turn a good tenant into bed Tenant.  

If there is no bed, refrigerator with food, a bed, then there’s no way to “live” there and you might be able to take possession of the residence and change the locks.

Two houses they are both 4 bed room houses about 1450 Sqft a peice one is in west Baltimore close to gwyns falls and coppin state the other is in East Baltimore close to Johns Hopkins School, YMCA and Giant.
