I'm currently a payroll manager part time and have done other bookkeeping / management jobs, so it was recommended that maybe I find an investor who is needing help managing their books or payroll.

I think my best advice to you would be finding the right team.

If you are looking out of state and can't find what you are needing in your first choice.

We are interested in Mobile County and the Huntsville area.We are from CT, so we are requesting your assistance in finding ~  a good Alabama real estate attorney, and ~  interested investors for quick flips (initially)  We welcome advice and feedback to increase our knowledge of this state and those counties.I appreciate it!

Update on ConnectLinx.com - The company refuses to have a phone conversation even with a seasoned enterprise client which I find very odd for a platform looking to replace Rentlinx... 

You may be able to do the repairs yourself, but I'd encourage you to get the professional pest company to guarantee their work on stopping the termite issue.And, as others have said, depending on what the inspector finds, you can try to renegotiate with the Seller, ask for a credit, or choose to walk away from the deal.

One try to find an out of state investor for it or two, I'd just drop the $250,000+ to renovate and rent it out.
