I travel a lot for work so they seem to always be the first thing I push off my calendar.

I have tried to get to a TREIA meeting as well, but work travel has kept me away the last several. 

I am confident of what I can do for the VA purchased property but I don't know how much to shoot for on my second property.

I have been dancing around the idea of learning how to get into real-estate investing for about a year and I finally picked up this book and I’m just craving more knowledge, more strategies, and more confidence.

You can also travel to areas that have established REI investment groups.

All that being said, I'm hesitant due to all the complexities, decisions, and emotions that go into these transactions.I'm in a relatively health market (Atlanta), so I'm confident our house will sell well, but I also don't underestimate the impact a great agent can have on getting the best possible price.Thoughts?

Also, I feel confident that I can pull this off and keep my design job until I can replace my income.
