so far, I line up, realstate/wholesaler/one recommended PM/ 2 contractors that work on flipping for other investors/ a few local millwork vendors / tile company and i also set up a meeting with the housing authority for the section 8 program4.

This is nearly exactly what I do for my PM company every time any owner calls us to inquire about us managing their property.

Watch out for fine print that requires an additional fee at closing - this is a huge red flag and how most flat fee companies make money.

Does anybody know if Florida is an attorney state or can a title company be used to close a wholesale deal?
