Need some guidance, I have been trying to learn everything as fast as I can (2nd week on BP) so wanted to test out what I have come up with some far and get some advise and get some validation if I should rent or sell my current house or use the money to buy other properties.

I spoke to the agent about 3 weeks ago, he said that he would arrange for my husband and me to see the units and get back to me.

Hi Dan,My wife will be working remotely and going into office in Madison, NJ 2-3 times a week.

My one and only experience with Sharestates was with a portfolio loan that included six properties.

I'll have a better idea of the repairs needed later this week, but right now it looks like some light kitchen work (counter and sink) and possibly baseboard heater replacement throughout. 

I was looking at East Rutherford, etc...I am currently finishing my last semester at Bergen Community College (Yes, since I moved, I drive about 80+ miles there & back from Mine Hill, NJ 4 days out of the week & more to visit Fort Lee). 12/21/2018 is the last day at Bergen & from there I will be working full-time & become a real estate agent around Fort Lee area.

In will county it takes 5 weeks and the process is very easy. 95% of my portfolio is in will county.

By the way, why in the world would it take six weeks to upgrade an elevator?

I know flippers sometimes write penalty phrases into contracts ("must complete by XXX or pay $/week/month").
