The purpose of this is to make it crystal clear who is responsible and to avoid a mess if they decide to go separate ways during the tenancy.

You can include it rent and just increase the rent (no need to separate it out fee wise just bulk it in). 

There is a house for sale that is rented out to a few separate small businesses (hair dressers, etc).

It typically costs me @$300 total to create and publish them, well worth the expense but you’d need to open a separate bank account for each.

It's all about having the right team and getting past the emotional discomfort of not walking through a house before you buy it.

Did you buy/finance the land separately from the construction?

While we can create separate spaces for each unit but..the electrical boxes would then no longer be accessable to each unit..they sit next to each other and would be contained on only one side of the partition..
