@Lulli DebrosseThis is just my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt, since I don't have the full scope of the data sets you'll be looking into, but I'm also employing automation/AI/Machine learning to locate fire damaged properties, nationwide, so I'm speaking from the point of having looked at crunching data on a large scale

So he's selling cheap and making up for it with economy of scale while running just enough manpower to service 20 or 30 jobs at the same time... so while your schedule might suffer, you'll get it cheaper and more reliably done [eventually]Speaking as a contractor, it's hard as crap to make a good balance between sales/manpower/backend/cost.

We have been very very busy trying to pull everything together for the upcoming project such as creating a operations model, creating a pay scale, creating a budget, creating rules and regulations for our sub-contractors, trying to find qualified sub-contractors to hire and the list goes on and on and on!!!!
