Hi, my name is Fabian I am 24 years old and I just moved from Spain to UK (London) after finishing my degree in Business management.So, first of all thank you for having this great platform with such useful tools to learn and to share experiences.My first question will be, as the subject says, if there is a huge difference between US and UK, lets say in laws, mortgage products, terminology... important enough to bear in mind since the very first moment.Thank you guys

First of all thank you Bigger Pockets for creating a platform that allows me to reach out to other investors for networking (as well as great education and help with deal structure, calculators, etc.)  

It has not been negotiated into its proper perspective as of yet but my questions stemmed from wanting to know which kind of deal would potentially work to investors?

If there is a trend from OO to NOO, there's probably little you can do to stem that tide.

However, it has been very useful for my business in obtaining many mortgage broker connections, who have brought me a good mumber of hard money financing deals.I think LinkedIn fails at trying to be a general business social platform, but performs terrifically at providing a tool for business connections.

I guess my questioning stems from my age, how long are we typically in a buyers market or sellers market?

The lull in processing those stem from the nationwide investigation into the "robo-signing" situation.

More than likely, it stems from the general risk aversion that’s overtaken the entire lending market.
