However, I don't know if being an agent at a 3 or 4 person firm is practical, as I would not be a part of the active, ongoing operations of the small firm like the other agents (seems like it may be odd to hire a part-time agent to such a small firm who wouldn't be involved as much as the others).Does anyone have any advice, brokerages, insight, etc. that might be helpful?

Program we rent through (similar to sec 8) said all units have to have heaters.To give you an idea of how important heaters are, I ran mine just once last year.... but they require what they require.
