Some areas its great, some areas it totally sucks - and within a specific office, some case workers are great, some are misery. 

I am doing some demo and reconnecting office space to increase the total area.

If anyone knows anything or has any tips I am super open to help!!!

I wish I could remember more details but another company just announced they were in talks to build a facility in Pleasant Prairie and they anticipated having about 150-200 employees on site.FoxConn just announced (cautious skepticism) in the past week or so they will be building a corporate office building in Milwaukee.

I used to be a Loan Officer and about 80% of people who want to buy a house don't fit lending guidelines but many of those will be perfect for a Lease Option.

So cold call your local banks and explain what you want to do with the loan officer us my advice.
