@Jay Hinrichs The only lender I recommend that does 100% is COGO but you only get it if you do one of their master courses with Lee Arnold.

@Jacob Lee we used Zillow rental manager for the first couple years on our 12 houses we had and I loved it, then we used transunion for credit and background, and it worked for us.. but then we got bigger and were introduced to a lot more CRMs out there and Cozy we loved began using Cozy and Stessa and still do on our SFRs but then began apartment investing and created a Property Management company so we had to start paying for a more premium service but I would Highly recommend you try Cozy and Stessa
