You want to make sure the name on the house matches, title is in their name,the disruption is correct,the taxes are paid, beds and baths match, lot size, liens ect...Keith

Unfortunately, I needed an exact match in this case because this fan was near another fan in the same living space and if they were mis-matched it would have looked odd.

If you had 250 rentals with subsidies your income would be far greater than you tax increase.Cuts will be administered by HUD, most likely jobs would be cut, maintenance of owned housing would be reduced, grants would be drastically cut, rehab project loans would be reduced and economic development funding/grants with matching funds would go away before the holly grail of rent subsidies would get hit.

There are higher paying jobs as well, but I'd suggest they won't be concerned about being so close to work.You just need to match the type of redevelopment planned to its market, it's not always for family dwellings.

The domain name is mainly for ease of use for people to remember and virally translate to others and type in as well being short to fit easily on marketing mailers and other materials.EMD (exact match domains) use to be high ranking in the search engines.
