Looking to learn more as much as possible and get involved in my own deals.  

What I dislike about the three CPAs I have used in the past is that they charge by the form (my taxes involve a lot of forms!)

First property...makes it even worse.I asked a lot of questions but didn't make an offer, lo and behold the owner has since reached out to my agent multiple times saying he will take a deal.

Having a good agent involved would have helped in getting your house to appraise, since they are working with appraisers all the time and know how to speak their language.

I create multiple offers to just about every lead I speak with and get a number of properties with owner financing. 

It's a bulky process so make sure you have the right lender involved.

I appreciate the family friendship but things have to be in writing from now on, memories come and go where money is involved.

Being conservative, renovating a multi-family property can become overwhelming since you have multiples of everything!
