Also, the school has one of the most successful sports programs having won 8 state championships in football.

I have been looking and doing some research on different areas to invest into and so far I have gathered information on which zip codes to avoid, the crime data for Detroit & neighboring cities/towns, rental values, demographics & economic outlook. however, I haven't been able to narrow down on any particular neighborhood yet.

We have focus groups for mulit-family, flipping, landlording, and others where you can learn a lot of valuable information and network with other local investors.

And be sure to research your competition so you know how crowded the field is and what the standard is for your area - this is information you can't afford to overlook.

I find tenant screening strategy to be enormously valuable information.
