Whether it is experience requirements, leverage requirements, minimum property values, ARV ratio, FICO requirements, and even specific regions that they will/won't lend to, its important to know what those are for the lender you are inquiring with. 

I'm not totally sure if they would cover the are you're interested in, but if not, they may know of another operator in the area. 

There's always something new that comes up; I know you're eager, but I'd keep accruing those property management hours on someone elses' dime.
