Had anyone had experience doing "through the wall" units in every room instead of a mini split?

it can still close and record  or  ( settle)  if the gross sale price minus the mortgage if any leaves room to pay the IRS lien if its recorded and since this is last minute.your closers there ( assuming attorney outfit) probably waited to last minute to pull a title report.. and this jumped up.specific performance is a long drawn out legal action.. which most folks wont do..

Yes, I agree with the SF comment, for me they are asking way far from what what is really worth perhaps betting on the potential of the lot (huge patio around the house) that easily accomodate an extra room extension for example.

I was looking into the idea of using a low money down loan to purchase an apartment somewhere in the Bronx, renting out the other rooms to pay off the mortgage and live for free or very little money.

The ones I’ve looked at have no rental cap and would rent for $100-$200 over that which leaves no room for reserves or special assessments. 

Some brands have additional charges, often $xxx per room per month for marketing. 

My project is also a full gut and will take 3 months, so I have some time wiggle room though.  

So to have a double occupied room it should be 140 sq. ft.The 2012 code switched to 70 sq ft for the first occupant and only 50 sq ft for each additional, but I haven't heard that they updated to this yet in Bolingbrook.
