Would I (being completely hypothetical) qualify to get some "relief" from the government? 

A lot of my tenants are on social security or some other already established government subsidies, and the same people that always pay late, still pay later and ask "what are you going to do for me?"

And I tried to talk to my loan officer, but this is a grant that is specifically coming from the government, so it's outside of the mortgage company. 

We are still closing loans on your government type deals, FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional all those types of loans.

No study also indicates that BODs aren't following best practices, are potentially violating the law (depending on the state), and possibly ignoring their governing documents (many condos require themselves to have regular studies).

"Crash and Burn" as far is owner occupied SFH and rentals.There is also the unknown effect of the Federal Government working to blunt the effects as much as possible, and that could in turn, open up new possibilities that shoot will things back up.
