I'd prob get the same true buyer you would because I advertise for max exposure, but I'd only take a commission of 5%.You'd come along and "help" them out with a $50K offer and pocket the diff of what a true buyer (that you keep hidden) pays.smhBTW - Thanks for the offer, but I don't work with wholesalers since I'm focused on getting sellers the most for their property.
