Just curious as to your tactics and way you go about offering, renegotiating, closing a deal, ect.I'll pitch a few questions to get the ball rolling but add yours to the list:- How do you explain your point of view on pricing the deal?

I'm just going to contact my creditors and and work out a payment plan where i would pay something (i'm thinking maybe 20) per mth to at least get the ball rolling and get those negative items back in good standing.

I've found banks won't come off their listing price very much, though other have reported getting low-ball offers accepted.Good luck!

The type of agreement the investor may have with the seller is an "Option" to purchase.Now the option technically bars the seller from selling to anybody but the investor...so if this is the case...the investor can only enter into a contract with you "Subject To" them exercising their option.

KhalidI once worked with a group of wholesalers that started a sort of mls by sending out a non-exclusive option to the others in the group.To exercise the option the other wholesaler needed to pay your fee, and then you removed yourself from the deal and the other wholesaler didn't have you messing in the deal with his buyer.
